the cisco vpn rounter and vpn user is green red is internet

my cisco vpn rounter is in green zone and cisco vpn user in green too. what port or method i allow cisco vpn? please help me!!!!
I open port 10000 4500 500 51 50 88 and set outgoing forward green zone to cisco vpn rounter ip not work.
